Imho one of the best in the area for food, cant say I've ever had a bad pint, but theres no craic, but a private atmosphere with light background music, greatParking: More than adiquite for size of pubWheelchair accessibility: Very accessible

Really good Sunday lunch. Will go again. Only down side was it was very noisy, which I suppose is due to the numbers present.Parking: Easy access, including disabled spacesWheelchair accessibility: All on one level.

Absolutely awful experience! We were met at the door by the owner, with a stick stuck right up his ar*s, the experience got progressively worse as he decided to voice his opinions on the children that were with our group, when confronted he felt it acceptable to argue back & state that it was down to bad parenting, I'd highly reccomend steering clear of this pub if you expect to be spoken to with an ounce of respect & decency! Such a shame!

The food was amazing . Well done to the chef's involved in making our meal and thank you.Service is not so good. We were taken to our seat and told someone would come and take our order in a few minutes. We waited 20 minutes and then I went to find someone. This person looked like a manager.I was told that because they were busy and that there were tables full of people waiting for their meals so we would just have to wait.. He also, then spent 5 minutes explaining to be how it was the busiest time and that everyone always wants to eat at this time of the evening. Then he told me all about the chef who would get really cross if they were to all take orders to him and that it would be mayhem in the kitchens. This really wasn't what I wanted to be told . A simple "Oh, I'm sorry. I will send someone over to take your order soon as they are free. " Or even himself taking the order would have been efficient. But all he did was to tell me that he was one of these managers that doesn't like to get his own hands dirty and to wonder around handing out orders to the young staff who were trying their best. So a note to the management is not your staff that lets you down. it's yourself.

It's a great place to treat yourself with food and drink. Lovely atmosphere problem you get after a pint and a meal, you will want to stay longer. Cheers ?Parking: Huge car park, always spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: I don't use a wheelchair, but Access looks good and there's plenty of space inside.

Love this place, great food and service. They allow dogs so we always take our dog. There's also a dog walk from the pub, so do the walk and then get food or just a drink.Dietary restrictions: Does Gluten free and vegetarian options.

I dined at this establishment for dinner on 12/01/24, and my overall experience was quite disappointing. Despite having made a reservation, our initially assigned table was located in the bar area. Upon addressing this issue, we were moved to another table, albeit one close to a loud group of youngsters. We proceeded to order our starters and mains—specifically, I chose the Sticky Barbeque Pork Belly Bites and Lamb Shank, while my wife opted for the Soup of the Day and a Turkey dish from the specials. The Sticky Barbeque Pork Belly Bites were disappointingly basic, consisting of simple belly pork with a cheap barbecue table sauce poured over them. The soup, unfortunately, was rather unremarkable. To add to the dissatisfaction, our main courses arrived within five minutes of finishing our starters, leaving us with little time to socialize. While my Lamb Shank was acceptable, as lamb shank tends to be a reliable choice, my wife's Turkey dish was marred by an excessive amount of garden peas and an overall lack of flavor. Regrettably, this visit ranks among the worst dining experiences I've had, and I have no intention of returning. The food, in my opinion, is overpriced for what can be considered basic pub fare. The rushed service and overall disappointing experience make it difficult for me to recommend this establishment. In summary, it was an overpriced, rushed, and ultimately unsatisfying expenditure amounting to £84.
