Have always loved Papa Johns but we are now giving up after receiving the wrong order several times after long delivery waits and poor customer service when we phone up to try and rectify the issue - the staff are defensive and argue rather than trying to be helpful, the language barrier doesn't help either. Not good enough considering the amount paid per order. Have never had this problem with Pizza Hut so will be using them in future

Last year I had to give up Papa John's Shrewsbury branch as a go to place because the dough was always undercooked. It was borderline inedible. I made a complaint and they swore that nothing has changed from the original recipe. I gave them another attempt shortly after and it was still terrible. A year later, I gave them a second chance and they have fixed it. Whether it was a dough or oven issue, it's resolved and that's all I care about. When i order first time , the guy was really friendly and understandable i just explain to him nd he made pizza same and i loved pizzaAfter that i order few times ,was better but from last two orders i am explaining to the lady what i wanted actually but she didnt wanted to understand may b , was really rude today and then she just cut off my call with rude manner after taking my order that was really annoying.
