We stopped here yesterday to pick up a few bits and have a cuppa, we could not believe that kids meals were £1 including a main, drink and fruit! We got our daughter a baked potato and beans and we had a cream tea, all of which was lovely, the staff were so friendly even though they were busy and the coffee machine was broken, so they had to boil the kettle! A first class service and would definitely recommend, well done Asda

I was in the store yesterday. Very impressive. Large shop-floors and plenty sales of Items on the shelf. Specially the consumer electronic and clothing.

Just had to write a review by way of massive thanks for Andy who works on the upstairs cash desk.Called in quite late in the day and made an impulsive decision to by a TV among a few other things.Andy insisted on helping us to carry it down in the lift and out to the carpark and even helped us load it in into the car. You just dont get service like this any more, and it was hugely appreciated. The deal was great and we love the TV... but this added and unexpected touch really did make the difference.

Never had a sparkler that hurts so many people and sets fire to so much. Easily the most dangerous product I've ever used. Avoid.

Went for a coffee and cake won't rush back staff didn't want yo be there I have been in retail all my working life but you still put a smile on your face has the person the otherside of the counter helps pay your wages and a smile costs nothing. All so tables hadn't been wiped

Only popped in for a picture frame, didn't have one that we liked at the correct size.

I had been going to Asda living cafe on the retail park twice a week to meet friends. Today the head of the cafe shouted over to me like a fish wife saying I couldn’t take the free baby food home and giving me evil looks.Every week I get a bacon bap and a latte and get some free baby food for my daughter, today my daughter didn’t want it all and wanted milk instead. I went to tidy my tray away and put the baby food in the bottom of my pram. The head lady who always serves us must have been watching me eating my meal and shouted over saying I couldn’t take that very abruptly and giving me a nasty look.I felt very embarrassed and showed up in-front of other customers.I have never seen a sign saying not to take baby food home and didn’t think this was an issue as it was the first time my daughter Awwwhadn’t finished her meal here. Surely if she hadn’t finished it I could have taken it home to give to my daughter later but seems Asda do not care about food waste or snarling at paying customers.I spend £12 weekly at this cafe and always invite my friends to meet me there for a coffee but will not be going to this cafe ever again! If there is a policy on free baby food this needs to be sign posted. The lady could have come over and spoke to me privately but decided to shout across the cafe at me and show me up. Food waste is a big problem in the UK so for the sake of some baby food a jobsworth and Asda are only adding to this issue. In this day and age who is actually going to tell someone their baby cannot have food or finish her meal later, but Asda living cafe servers.I purchased my meal at 10.19 today 24/04/2023 according to my payment, this lady always serves me infront of house and normally serves us , in her 40s/50s and has red/blonde hair , slim build.

A handy store but NEVER use it to purchase computer games, DVDs or music as a gift for someone as Asda only offer an exchange after 30 days on the same product group! For example if you buy a game they will only exchange for another game, no gift cards or allow you to exchange for an entirely different product - like clothing. This seems a very odd returns policy as Asda still get your money whatever you buy.I also think the store should get rid of the cafe upstairs and use the space for a better range of products as this store doesn't sell as much as some of the other Asda Living stores I have been in.
