Huge thankyou to the two staff on this morning 25/1/23 at around 10am, I'd made my order, my drinks are made and I'd realised I'd lost my card between the shop I'd just left and getting to Costa, they were very helpful and I tracked back to find it in the middle of the road and had fresh drinks made on my return! Thankyou for your patience!
We were served by a batista by the name of Dee, and I must say how polite and professional she was as the customer in front of us was rude to her, and I thought the way she dealt with it was very professional, as it turned out he was in the wrong and didn't even apologise, why staff have to put up with people like him.

Need more staff! Always friendly in this Costa but eed more staff or a loading trolley so customers can clear their trays.Parking: Part of retail park, I believe it's 3 hours free parking
