Went during the end of term to entertain boys whilst it rained outside, nice and quiet as always - everywhere else was booked up!Welcomed by Katie who was very friendly. Breakfast we ordered was fast and as you'd expect, nice time all round.

The food wasn't great but edible and filled a whole. I took my 2 kids to the wacky Wearhouse, the poor woman behind the counter was by herself to do everything! Take admissions, take food orders, clean the tables, serve food and drink, clean the toilets, answer the phone etc. she was so lovely and I really felt for her as her feet did not touch the ground! As for the soft play it's self.... FILTH is all I can describe! I only went on the bottom level and that was enough to be discussed! Surely unsafe for children especially very little ones to play! See photos!

It used to be clean, last 2 times it's been dirty. The food tastes off almost rotten, even the peas were off. The staff haven't had the cleanest uniform, though I appreciate these can get dirty during shift but I'm not talking 1 or 2 members of staff. There's also been at least one occasion when a server was walking out the kitchen shouting back into kitchen "that's disgusting". Given the state of the place and the now very poor quality of the food I can only imagine what they were talking about

Absolutely great meals with some classic and some interesting variations. Fantastic breakfast menu. This evening my wife had a perfect piece of fried fish and my Ruddles Ale and steak pie was perfect, too. Drinks were good, wife had excellent pinot, I had a lovely Abott Ale.

We had such a wonderful time at Bridge Builder thanks to Holly! She went above and beyond to make sure our family had a great experience. From entertaining our son in the play area to ensuring our dining experience was exceptional, Holly's hospitality truly made our visit memorable. We can't thank her enough and highly recommend Bridge Builder to anyone looking for a fantastic family-friendly outing

Like the new decor which has been put in, the food is good, its not gourmet but its not terrible! The staff are always friendly and its good for deals on food! Only drawback is sometimes you walk in and have to kind of do the awkward wait where it says "wait to be seated" can be slow sometimes to be seen to! Overall a good
