“Wonderful pub by the river and rightly popular. Good selection of reasonably priced food, well cooked. Large portion of fish & chips was very welcome after our journey.”

“Food was very well prepared and presented and good value too. I would definitely go there again and I enquired about the Christmas menu to return next month. Small criticism over the service as two of the three drinks ordered not correct and taking orders was a slow. But this was possibly down to being a busy Sunday and the background noise of a packed pub. I certainly wouldn't let this put me off with good food averaging around 11 quid a meal.”
