Every time we go to get breakfast a lot of the time they have no eggs. Don’t seem to get the same problems at Stafford Park.

Just popped 2nd time this wk and same lad served he needs to learn some manners he doesn't say thanks or anything he's very arrogant I said keep the change put it in donations tub he just threw it in no thank you or anything no maners

Me and my friend go into this greggs every Monday and Friday morning on the way to work. The staff within are always welcoming and friendly particularly Jess, she always makes an effort to greet us and has a chat while we are waiting for our drinks, she is a pleasure and a real credit to the company Thank you Jess

Quite expensive, I think the prices have definitely gone up in the last couple years. Wasn't the cleanest Greggs I've been to, and the Steak Bakes were cold. The staff were friendly, the coffee was OK, and it had lots of selection.

Asked for no sauce, but got it! Took it back only to find no omelette now so had the replacementThrown at me, no handed very rude staff sausage instead

Love the food, never fault it and so much variety, but I am apprehensive to come and buy my lunch, to be greeted with such miserable staff, out of all the staff in Madeley Greggs there is only one who is happy and helpful and that is the manageress, the other staff always seem miserable. One in particular the young tall lad. When being served by him he glares at you, no friendliness about him and it is like it is too much trouble for him when asking for more than one item. Please greet your customers with a friendly face, people are going through tough times at the moment (maybe yourself, dont work in a shop if that is the case) it is quite off putting to come in and purchase my lunch.
