Never known such an un-organised, chaotic, and stupid staff team at any McDonald’s.Had my drink delivered with no straw, because the driver used it to drink my coke, spit inside my cup and the it’s no where near full, called this McDonald’s and some young sounding woman told me no one would of drank out of the cup, without checking anything at all and having no facts whatsoever. Where the fxck did this spit come from in my cup then you absolute bunch of backwards thinking rxtards

Chicken selects meal didn’t come with the dip, coke syrup had obviously ran out as it tasted like water, hair in the milkshake. Disgusting.

THIS REFURB IS AWFUL!Since the latest update to the store, this McDonald's has turned into the worst one I've ever used. Absolutely the worst interior I've seen, no soul to it, just grey and boring, random workers stood around doing nothing in particular (check the CCTV guys!) and food prep is so SLOW! I don't know who advised you on changing the shop to this set up, but they have sold you a lemon! The drive thru isn't much better either, constant park ups.I'll avoid this store and travel further down to Wellington or Donnington in future.

Jesus just had our delivery and all they had given the driver was the drinks £40 for three poxey drinks. God why are they still in business. Can staff not read, where my food! Not the drivers fault he didn't cook it or pack it. Discusted!!
