20 min wait for breakfast. I had to ask where our food was, it was then bought to the table. The refurbishment must have cost a lot of money, it's a pity that money was not spent on staff training,manners & courtesy. Must try harder McDonald's.
Took far too long to get my food. My coffee wasn't very hot. The fries were cold and they wouldn't replace them, they said I should have eaten them quicker! How rude. Lots of people were asking for refunds. Won't be using this one again.
