Worst place for eating. Foods are not fresh . Steak was like double heated. Don’t waste your money. You can have better dishes at another places.

Great value for money. BOGOF Burgers for adults, and huge children's meals.Lovely staff, who went our of their way to make us feel welcome, particularly Harry (Dr who fan!) Who offered to take a photo of our whole family!Would definitely recommend!Kid-friendliness: Children were made to feel welcome even though it was later on a Friday tea time. Children's meals great value.

Just returned home from having one of the best Christmas Day Dinners I have ever experienced.The starters were delicious. The main course was cooked to perfection, if a little too much food for me personally. The staff were kind enough to box up the sweet that I had ordered.All the staff were exceptionally polite and attentive.I will be going again soon for further meals.

Food and service were awful and place was dirty. Ordered chicken and bacon wrap but only had 2 small pieces of chicken and one piece of bacon on it. My husband had same but even less chicken and bacon than mine, my brother in law had all day breakfast which was cold, my sister in law had fish that she said wasnt very nice either. The table was sticky and although meant to have been cleaned there was rubbish next to the menus on the table when we arrived, Food on the floor under the table, my sister took my nieces to the toilet and said they were all filthy and advised us all not to use them. This is the worst ever known it to be,and wasn't even very busy considering it is Christmas eve.

Came for a group booking with family for a birthday breakfast. Food was excellent as was the service, Sunny particularly was attentive and helpful. Thanks ??

Ordered a medium steak. Came out rare. Sent it back, was told they would cook a fresh one. Same one came back out. They scraped all the topping off, re-cooked the same steak and then put the topping back on. Chairs had massive rips and holes in so was sitting on the stuffing. Staff were ok, friendly.

Not enough staff. Waited for sometime to order at the bar as the app didn't work. Rump steak was poor and fat running through it. Chips were cold. Had to wait for desert as they was not enough dishes. Had to chase for cutlery.Wheelchair accessibility: Good access.
Very good service ordered and received food in the space of 5-10 minutes. Had Harry as a server and he was very polite and friendly also very helpful with everything.

Poor service, 20 minutes for drink to arrive. Food was awful, greasy nachos that looked like they had been thrown on the plate. The sizzler did not sizzle, served with a paltry portion of frozen peppers and onions, not as advertised. We advised the member of waiting staff who did not care. Will definitely not be back

It was very busy but Nas noticed we had been waiting with empty plates for a while. He cleared our table and brought our mains and puddings out so quickly after! He even got my Mum an additional baileys hot chocolate brought to the table (including payment) for her so we didn’t even have to move! Absolutely fantastic Nas, a credit to Hungry Horse!

We were greeted by the lovely Sunny. His service from start to finish was second to none. It’s fantastic to see someone so passionate about their job. Because of sunny we will certainly return.

We called in after late night shopping. Not overly busy. Taken to our table. Ordered our food from a dirty sticky menu. Food came reasonable quick,after a long wait to order. Asked for a well done steak. Blood pulsing though it, so couldn't eat it. Peas not cooked either. How hard is it to cook peas. Chips dry as cardboard.Partners meal not much better.Couldn't speak to a member of staff as non about.Loud mouthed table of teachers using foul language with their pink wine didn't help either.So if you get chance to pop in... don't bother.A waste of 30 quid.
