Really reliable. It always been consistently good, the only time I have been let down marginally is in large groups at peak periods. However, this is completely reasonable so please bare this in mind and don't take it out on the servers.There are some truly lovely people in the establishment, who work very hard and should be commended for their efforts. Really enjoyed my steak experience this evening. Chris our server was great, as were Erin, Megan and Sarah. Very efficient with the drinks, food and the laying of the table. Food was amazing. 9oz rump and the butchers block was the best steak I’ve ever had cooked by chef Alex and Hayden. Really can’t wait to return! Very well done to all the staff.

For a chain restaurant, I enjoyed my experience here. The food was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a starter of nachos which came very quickly, and our mains (steak) came fairly quickly too. Everything was hot and tasty, I would come back as its a very nice calm atmosphere in this restaurant.
