This was the first McDonald's that we had to wait for a long time for our order. The ordering system was down. The orders were not printed. You had to remember your order numbers, or you did not get your order. They were short staffed, and there was a huge queue. People turned the order numbers into a joke, like bingo. ?

The toilets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for several days. There was toilet paper all over the floor, inside and outside of cubicles, the bin was full and there was no cleaning chart to show when they were last checked.
