After waiting nearly 2 hours for a delivery i gave up hope it would arrive. The shop i rang on a number of occasions and blamed the couriers. The courier cant deliver the food if its not given to them. I will never in my life use just eat again. And as for mcdonalds be very careful because the staff dont have a clue. They should know what time it leaves the store and which courier took it. They clearly didnt make the food because they are so imcompident. And trying to speak with someone at just eat well your wasting your time. Thats me done using just eat and never again mcdonalds

Very busy staff didn't seem to be in any rush or helpful Waited 25 minutes and there was people in front of us who been waiting 30 mins. So had to ask for a refund as wasnt prepared to wait an hour.. Was complete chaos..

Ordered a delivery for me and my son, toys are supposed to be little miss/Mr teddy's which mu sons been collecting. When it arrived he had a paddington Christmas bear that he already got at Christmas last year, had one very upset little boy tonight ?

Not for the first time, the drive through is pointless because you have to park up and wait for your food...waiting 15 mins is not acceptable. Then when you get home, 3 mins drive, food is poorly cooked...soft chicken nuggets, stuck together....just not acceptable. Don't waste your time people...or ya money.

Doesn't serve normal food in the morning, it's a burger joint you can't just expect people to eat the breakfast menu if they do t want to.

A nice McDonald's however with all the drive -thru orders and delivery orders the staff are so busy that when trying to order you are totally ignored by the staff and can wait over 10 minutes before being served,? unfortunately it can be quicker to get served in your car using the drive-thru, plenty of parking if you have time to stand around waiting to be served, it's probably quicker to drive to Junction 23 M5 to the other McDonald's to get a better faster service ?

Absolutely shocking service ordered through drive thru was asked to park up waited 45mins then went and asked where our food was and they hadn't even made it, they then made it but considering it's suppose to be fast food when a manager asked another manager to make our food as we have been waiting a long time the young lady started filling the bag with food and then stood there for 5mins just chatting to a colleague with no care in the world that we have been waiting ages complete disregard for the customers and just utterly disrespectful definitely haven't been taught what customer service is won't be going back again

It's McDonald's not much to say. Other than the price of the food for what you get is crazy. When did McDonald's get so expensive without doing anything to improve the food or the venues. Crazy.
