Food is what you expect from any McDonald’s. The restaurant is clean and tidy. However, the service is terrible at this Maccy Ds. Long wait times, frequent mistakes with orders.Parking: Limited parking and difficult to manoeuvre when the drive thru is busy due to the car park and drive thru lane layout.

McDonald’s rarely manage to serve their chips hot and Bridgwater was no exception. However, although Ididn’t have to wait too long for the food, there were no serviettes or sugar/stirrers provided with the hot drink. As a regular visitor to McDonald’s, I do think their customer service has in some locations, fallen short in latter times. On a positive note, the Christmas cups are very festive.

Rarely issues with the food, but have been hiccups before...Could do with some work on the fries and getting the portions right in the burgers of sauce and lettuce and occasional issues with mixing of flavours of milkshakes. Not sure how that happens. Milk shakes are my favourite!My main issue is the fact they are not clear on opening times and often block off the entrance or as you go through the drive through are told there is a system upgrade and are not serving.
