Bathroom decor questionable/in need of a deep clean. The shower dislodged a previous guests body hair from the bath soap dispenser which was not pleasant and there was a white stain on the floor I assume was dried water scale. The room was well appointed but the hallway was very noisy with comings and goings which after a 5.5hr drive made sleep difficult.

The hotel is ok, but the restaurant is a bit desperate, but just salvaged by pleasant

I was last here about 6 years ago. Nothings changed really. Car park a little on the small side although there is an overflow car park around the back.Shame the hotel seems to be lead lined as the phone signal sucks good job I'm not expecting any important calls. When I entered my room I found it to be really cold then I found the reason two air vents that seem to have had the shutters on them removed. Brilliant, just what you want in November.Other than that little niggle it's alright, close to the M5 motorway just don't go to the petrol station for snacks it's a proper rip off.

We stayed the night before Glastonbury carnival thinking we could have a good night's sleep and nice breakfast before waiting the next day for the carnival but this was not the case!!Friday evening we booked into the restaurant next to the Premier Inn for 7.45pm was greeted by a member of staff who abruptly marched us over to the corner of the room next to the toilets, which was a crowded area depression, shabby interior with food stains left on the walls. We asked if we could move into the main area of the restaurant by a window and was told No it was closed even though people were sitting in there we were given no other option to sit anywhere else.I also asked if the play area would be open at breakfast as thats why we had chosen this premier inn and if they were doing breakfast with santa again, was told No to this with no sympathy.I ordered a glass of wine before my meal which was awful so after one sip asked if I could change it, didn't mind paying extra for a better wine. Was told again No it was my own preference nothing was wrong with the wine and if I wanted another glass I'd have to pay for both!! I ordered a steak which was fine except it was ouzing blood even tho I'd ask for medium to well done. My hasbands vegan burger was very poor, we had to pay an extra £2 for a another burger wkthin the burger and it looked nothing like the photograph had hardly any salad dressing. Was rubbish quality. We found the staff extremely unfriendly and it seemed almost like the waitress had a problem with me from the word go.The next morning we went over for breakfast at 10.25 and were not allowed in by another unfriendly robot even tho reception said last breakfast was at 11 and never mentioned we had to book. We had had a terrible night in the room with no sleep as the room was so hot and we couldn't regulate the temperature. My Son at 4am said he was going to be sick he was so hot and me and my husband felt like we couldn't breath, he was hyperventilating. We all had sore throats in the morning. We spoke with customer services about these issues but they didn't care less that our weekend had been ruined by such a negative experience.I've stopped at other Premier Inns all over the country but by far this is the worst I've ever stayed at, no sleep and bad customer service in restaurant thats if your allowed in!!IRooms: The bed had a foot print mark on the quilt cover and the heating in the room you cannot regulate so extremely hot to the point you feel unable to breathe in the night.Food & drinks: Terrible, unfriendly staff and very quality food a d wine in the Restaurant if your allowed in.

£48 for my nights stay, all comfy & staff pleasant. Only fault is the wi-fi - signal is pretty terrible & keeps cutting out whether you are using the hotels or your own data.Plenty of onsite parking included in the price

Hotel was standard prem inn except for the lack of WiFi. Attached restaurant was good with everything on the menu available,I asked lol. Standard breakfast but beans were cold. Nice cheerful staff and fairly busy, not just with hotel guests but with a few locals

We have used Premier Inns on several occasions, I must say at this one we were totally disappointed. We paid £259 for a 2 night stay including breakfast. The room we stayed in was far too hot and the dial to adjust it wasnt displaying any symbols for us to turn it down. When I went to reception to ask if it could be turnt down because it was far too hot I was told to open the window, not the answer I expected at all. It would have been much better if the receptionist said I'll ask maintenance to take a look. To top it all I asked if our towels could be replaced before we went out for the day they hadnt be replaced by the time we came back after a day out,so I had to go to reception at 11pm to ask for clean towels ready for our morning showers.Needless to say I will have to think twice before using Premier Inns in future.

It's a "Vera Good Hotel" with food being served in the adjoining restaurant called "King Sedgemoor Inn", rooms are just as you would expect, as was the food. The reception staff are wonderfull, nothing is to much trouble!!The location is not great, it's outside of Bridgwater just off the main Bristol Road into Bridgwater, inside the "Express Business Park" and Bridgwater itself is "not" within walking distance!!! There are no nearby shops, other than a "Shell Petrol Station Shop"!!!Parking and access is easy, especially for disabled, families etc......and the carpark is monitored by cctv, but, remember to log in your registration number at the hotel or you will be fined!!! Otherwise, it's,"Highly Recommended"!!

Oct 2023. Great location however this Premier in had nothing Premier to offer. I have stayed in many PI hotels but this one is tired, very tired. the exterior is not very welcoming with poorly maintained exterior entrance, bare grass patches and litter. The lobbies have a musty odour as there is no ventilation to allow air to circulate. The fire door was also jammed open, which could be concerning. Generally the room was fine but the lighting was very poor and difficult to work under. The wifi is also really poor and cuts off, a poor phone signal meant frustration and isolation. The bathroom was a let down, lots of hair about the place chipped bath and basin with the toilet itself loose on the floor and backing up when flushed. The fixtures are tired and worn out and the rusty bin added to its woes. Overall the hotel needs a refurb and freshening up all over to be able to be called “Premier”. The plus was a good nights sleep was had. Room 132Food & drinks: Restaurant next door was good for breakfast and did evening meals too. garage next door also had a Subway, Greggs and well stocked shop.

Functional. Room was 14c with a tiny heater. Was very cold first night. Difficult to set heater for next day as they all reset at 8am. Very clean. Staff lovely.

Shocking, non-existing wi-fi. If you advertise it as part of your booking, you should provide it. Same at all Premier Inns. False advertising.

The location was ideal for me to visit a friend and brean fort at Burnham on sea.Reception was friendly, and was quick to check in. Make sure you enter your car reg at reception on the tablet as the following morning, a warden was taking picks of cars that might not have given details. The room lost points due to dull lighting and needing a paint. And the bathroom is a bit outdated, the corridor floors are creeky.Premier inn bed and beding always great. Very comfortable.Breakfast in the morning good selection of cooked, cereal, breads, pastries, tea water, fruit juices.
