friendly staff, seems to enjoy his job, thanking me for my custom and hoped I had a good day, made me feel welcome and when next in the area,I'd definitely consider going back.the baguette I had was nice and fresh with plenty of filling
pros: great consistency in great food, exactly what you expect from a Greggs, the staff were friendly and patient with me (app wasn't working) however the 1 star deduction is because I asked for a Hot Chocolate made with just milk,.... I was told that was okay and charged... the hot chocolate was made with water and didn't taste great.... either say you cant make it with milk only or offer a surcharge .. I don't mind paying 20p extra for a milk only hot chocolate..

When I arrived, the queue was out of the door...Always a good sign!The queue moved very quickly down to the absolute brilliance of the two Ladies working the counter; they were both friendly, helpful, professional and personally I loved hearing the banter between the regular customers and them...Indeed, there were many smiles in the queue!!!The food and coffees were, as usual, very, very good.Will definitely be stopping again when in Bridgwater.
