Just had our order.. everything stone cold.. sub was 6 inch when was supposed to be a ft long.. where is the actual filings in the rest of the rubbish you delivered?

Never any issues in this store, always lovely staff, and a nice vibe if you chose to eat in. The extended opening hours are amazing, and being one of very few subways around the country with the new menu, it's perfect!

HYGIENE ISSUE.....In general this Subway outlet is ok, however this morning was absolutely nothing short of horrendous. HYGIENE ISSUE....everybody knows brown rotten lettuce is a recipe for disaster, well clearly not according to the two young staff serving this morning, when I pointed out the lettuce was brown and slimy she replied to me 'well it's in date' !!! Regardless whether it's in date or not common sense should tell you it's brown slimy and rotten clearly ridden with bacteria, when I insisted that it was removed from the counter the next response I got was 'well its all we have' !!!I'm quite sure that when I left the store it would have been put back up for other customers. I'm not normally somebody that reviews so harshly but when it comes to hygiene and our health and safety as consumers I feel the need to. The customer service issue or 'lack of' is second in this review.If you do decide to purchase anything from here check the colour and quality of everything before you eat it.

I came extremely frustrated after a long cramped long journey and then I popped in to this subway and talked to jono. He made my day so much better and was so kind it relaxed me.
This Subway has the best opening hours and always give the best value for money when buying any food from here. Not only are the staff all incredibly friendly, but the respect for social distancing is also taken seriously.
