Have tried to order twice from this place, absolute waste of time.Second time around the rude lady on the phone told me to order not on a weekend as apparently it is normal to wait 2 hours for your food even though the phone call prior to this was her l telling me the driver had definitely left and was on the way with our order.. 40 mins later still hadn’t arrived so I rang back and she had now apparently lost the ticket and would take over an hour- probably more to receive our order.To be told to not order a Chinese on a weekend is hilarious and before I could confirm I wanted a refund she hung up on me.Appreciate, of course, weekends are busy - however not 2 hours busy and then we find out you’ve lost our ticket.. something obviously isn’t working since this has happened twice!!

Never getting food from here again waited nearly 4 hours for food when it said 45-65 min.They first lied to me said food is on its way 2 hours in and called again 30min later to say its only being cooked if you don't want it cancel your order. No sorry no we will give u half the money back nothing.

Will never order from here again ,Very rude customer service ,Phone call told us our order was 31 .00 plus 1.50 delivery ,was charged 42.00 when delivered to our door ,Phoned up asked why ,were very rude with attitude towards us ,Was told prices gone up ,Yet on phone when ordered told 31.00 ,and leaflet through our door week ago ,was 31.00 ,We added up ourselves our food order was 31.70 not 42.00,And then woman added our food order up said 45 .00 next time ,Plus never got free food items for spending over 25.00,False advertisement, she said we were supposed to ask ,what a joke ,what a way to run a business, won't last long

Where do I start. Ordered for a Saturday night. Expected a wait. But not 2 hours. When food finally arrived prawn crackers were stale. Soup very small for nearly a fiver! Sauce had congealed in cartons where it had been sat around and salt spice chilli chips were soggy bland and tasteless. Waste of over £40 never again ?

I've always had good, prompt service from Wan Jia Le. I usually get the "Box" deal which is great value! Food always hot and tasty. Usually ready for collection in about 20mins. Free spring rolls and prawn crackers. Top stuff!
Ordered with just eat, everything went thorough ok payment taken. But get this I live just outside Bridgwater so decided to call to offer the delivery driver a little assistance. What did I get a women who used the word love at the end of every very short sentence, she was on loud speaker my wife was ever so impressed. Anyway this was the response. We have tried to call you 7 times, my reply my phone has been next to me the entire time no calls received. Then continued to fob me off utterly unprofessional customer service rating zero. I don’t think she got many GCSE’s bless but she’s trying. So now have to go through just eat to get my money back which will probably take 7 working days awesome isn’t it. My advice if you not to close to them don’t order you just get fobbed off waste of time will only drive to respectable restaurants in the future.

We order from here every few weeks, but after tonight we won’t be again. Food arrived an hour late with no explanation or apology. Rude delivery driver, and the food was cold. Chips were uncooked, slimy chicken and awful ribs. So disappointing as the food is usually great, but it has been going rapidly downhill recently

Ordered food from this restaurant and was told it was cancelled and would receive money back. Restaurant told me to check my account after 5 days and just eat will reimburse me. Just eat told me that the food was delivered to me and that any complaints need to be resolved within 3 working days. This restaurant told me 5 days so could not claim my money back. This place is a scam so don’t waste your money
