Absolutely awful. Ordered a collection of a boneless banquet box and was there to pick it up before it was ready so expected it to be fresh - nope! The box which should contain three mini fillets, contained one CUT IN HALF and then half of another one so really only one and a half mini fillets! The gravy was exceptionally watery and everything was cold. The chips were burnt but still freezing, and the popcorn chicken had obviously been sitting out so long it had gone soggy. The only saving grace was the pepper mayo on the mini fillet burger which was surprisingly still warm(ish). Definitely a KFC to avoid if possible.

Alway seem to have to wait for staff to get off there mobile phone before getting service today was 6mins wait even to be greeted with a hello.They really need to sort customer service out or just simply ban mobile phones at the work place.

To start they had no original chicken or soft drinks available. Then when I get home to eat I find that I have revieved half a portion of chips and the worlds smallest wings. Incredibly disappointing.

One of the worst KFCs I've ever had the misfortune to visit. From the staff member who served me being totally disinterested in being there, to the hash brown that had obviously been sitting around for hours and was like cardboard, to the overcooked chicken that was like rubber. Wasn't any point complaining as the staff didn't care.What's worse is you can't have a drink that isn't full of dangerous aspartame, they don't even do orange juice or hit chocolate as a choice.It's a shame as KFC used to be a good experience generally, I guess that's what happens when big corporations take over.
Poor customer service even when empty and no drive through customers! Chips always cold chicken rarely has a proper crispy coating but is mushy or really "really"

I stopped going to KFC years ago as the food wasn't cooked and cold .Not a lot has changed the cips were hot but not cooked. Chicken was ok.Dissapointing .

From one extreme to another... hot wings that look suspiciously under cooked to tenders that were so over done they were anything but... ordered sides weren't available.... and then no dips in the boneless banquet... got to feel for the very young team that seemed out of their depth with no support

Has to be the worst KFC I have ever had .Tasteless, dry and cold .No coating on some of it ..Burnt hot wings.Staff were so miserable and the place was filthy.Puddles of drink on floor, dirty tables .Don't waste your time and money going here

Ordered ahead online to try and save time but when I got there about four staff were loitering outside the door by the drive through, with a bin pulled into the drive through lane; one of them saw me and barked that the drive through was closed. Not sure why that would even be a thing, but okay.As a result it was very busy and crowded by the counter as most fast food restaurants these days only have one or two tills so can't deal with this many people. The entire facade of the building is glass so it was unpleasantly muggy inside, with the music too loud. Staff announced order numbers very quietly and took forever to put orders together.When I checked my bags the sides weren't there; I went up to the counter intending to mention it but heard a staff member telling someone else that they were out of most them. Decided to cut my losses and go home rather than spend more energy trying to sort it, only to find the limited time teriyaki burger that was the only reason I went had no teriyaki sauce on it at all. All the food was lukewarm and they had just thrown in random bits of chicken in lieu of the sides. Drinks weren't cold, they didn't even have any ice in them.This branch is an absolute shambles; I cannot recommend it to anyone.
