Absolutely awful. Ordered a collection of a boneless banquet box and was there to pick it up before it was ready so expected it to be fresh - nope! The box which should contain three mini fillets, contained one CUT IN HALF and then half of another one so really only one and a half mini fillets! The gravy was exceptionally watery and everything was cold. The chips were burnt but still freezing, and the popcorn chicken had obviously been sitting out so long it had gone soggy. Alway seem to have to wait for staff to get off there mobile phone before getting service today was 6mins wait even to be greeted with a hello.They really need to sort customer service out or just simply ban mobile phones at the work place.

Absolutely disgusting, 40 minute wait for something that resembled dog food? appalling customer service don’t waste your money or your time because they literally don’t give a toss.
