We had tea and cake here which was average and a average price but I was very embarrassed for a poor American lady who went looking for sauce to go on her meal ,the lady who was cooking (must be the one from an earlier review as I recognised her…scruffy etc.)was really rude to her and said in a snappy voice ‘you can’t go back there” meaning the kitchen, the poor woman was just looking for sauce !Then she snapped at her again “you don’t even have your food yet” to which the American lady replied that she did have it ,I really hope she did not think English people were all this rude and unhelpful, and that was not the end of it aman went looking for his food to be met with raised eyes and a snappy tut from this same woman ,we sat there in horror at her awful manners shall definitely not be going back there!

Fab little cafe food and service great. It's a little gem of easy food delivered with a cheery smile. Recommend a visit if you fancy a great sandwich, omelette or something on toast. The coffee and milkshakes are also pretty good

Didn't bother stopping here as the cafe assistant had a stinking attitude. Very rude! There was more than 10 seats available and she very abrupt and forcefullytold us that there wasn't enough room for us. Went elsewhere and had great service

Me and my partner walked down Glastonbury high street naked and had a great reception (a round of applause) from the customers sat outside. Our friends went into the cafe to ask politely if the cafe would be ok if we sat outside to have a coffee... Of course we expect a refusal but it's worth an ask. The other was sooooooo rude, oh dear. We got dressed and said it's ok, we don't have to be naked. She said "I'm not serving you because you were naked before". Really? Hands up who's not been naked at some point every day ha ha! One of the customers said "she's notorious for being rude, you should have walked straight in naked and asked for coffee with soya milk"! Apparently she won't serve it! Strange and rude woman, not with the Glastonbury vibe at all ha ha

It’s a shame you turned away the Naturists on Sunday. Freedom of expression is very important, especially today when this is increasingly under threat.Giving you 4 stars because I don’t believe in slamming businesses online, but please think again about your policy ☀️

Don't even bother looking for anywhere better in this town. The BEST homemade cakes.... Delish coffee and the loveliest, friendly young lady serving at the counter..... Just go there.... You won't be disappointed... People watch and enjoy!!!

Whenever I've gone in and asked for vegan options, I was met with a rude attitude and felt very unwelcome.Today was worse though, I saw a water bowl for dogs needed topping up, it was very hot and asked the lady who was mopping the floor if I could pass her my water bottle to fill up the dog bowl with. She responded with a dismissive no, as she's mopping the floor.I said again, it's not for me, it's for a thirsty dog outside in the heat and she continued with her awful attitude.

This cafe is wholesome, relaxing and cosy. It’s my favourite cafe to visit for breakfast every time I’m in Glastonbury. It captures the heart of Glastonbury, there is nothing better to me than sitting outside with a hot chocolate soaking up the Glastonbury sun. Staff are lovely, respect Glastonbury and it will respect you. Food is lovely, drinks are lovely, reasonably priced. Thank you Mocha Berry for accommodating us once again, looking forward to visiting next year, till the next time!

Only giving one star cos it didn't give me an option to rate zero! Type 1 diabetic, low blood sugar, walked In while the place was pretty busy, got told extremely abruptly they weren't serving, I explained I'm a diabetic I just want a tea cake or something (pre wrapped, sitting at the counter) got a very aggressive response of 'I told u I'm serving'No problem sweet heart, I'll die on the street. Cheerio. Absolutely disgusting service. 1st time in Glastonbury visiting from NI and was the 1st horrible person I met...work on ur customer service before u have no customers left!

service staff were rude when they had given in correct order and refund was requested. My bagel was poor standard and messy and stone cold. Staffs attitude around peoples food orders was shocking. Disorganised staff no table numbers and did not know who ordered what food and shouting in restaurant and outside. Forgot coffee order whilst making it no milk alternative

They do a decent VEGAN breakfast as opposed to veggie.I've been twice now it's so good. Several vegan items, plentiful and the toast is gorgeous.Clean but not the nicest interior.I found the staff lovely. The cook doesn't seem so happy.Great location.Vegetarian options: Vegan breakfast.

I would definitely not go back here. Visited here in March for a bite to eat after visiting a fayre held in the town hall. Was a perfect location as just over the road from the town hall. We were pleased to see bubble and squeak on the menu with bacon which took us both back to our childhood and we're excited to try it. However, it was a big disappointment. It arrived and was just a plate of what looked like left over boiled potatoes, mixed in with some onions, there were no greens in sight and it had definitely not been fried. We both attempted to take a mouthful but the bacon tasted sweet ( and not right) and the bubble and squeak tasteless. We called a (young) member of staff over to confirm we were not happy and that it was definitely not bubble and squeak! They said " was it not?" and said they would check with the kitchen. They came back and said that it was. We advised them what it should be so they said they would go back to the kitchen. An elderly lady dressed in an apron then came out and said she understood we had a complaint. We advised that we had and that it was clearly not bubble and squeak but a plate of potatoes and onions. She advised it was leeks not onions and that there was cabbage in there. I looked at my plate where there was clearly none and asked her "where?" She then took our plates and went away mumbling that she would give us a refund. She came back with the refund and slammed it on the table. We were still charged for the coffee (lattes) which by the way were also not that great. I am glad I did not eat the meal as her appearance was not good either. Her hair looked greasy and she was not wearing any protective headwear and her apron was dirty.

Ducked in out of the cold yesterday to get a cup of tea and a bit to eat. Met with a very warm welcome, a massive cup of tea and a lush bacon sarnie. It’s a proper cafe. Was exactly what we needed!

They had no non dairy milk alternatives which is strange in Glastonbury of all places. For me it’s just a preference but not great if you’re lactose intolerant, vegan, plant based or whatever. Had some cake and coffee which was okay but not super friendly service.
