We waited for what seemed an eternity from someone to appear at the counter to take our order. We could hear the staff having a conversation out of sight but they did not come to see who was saying "Hello" at the counter, as you can see from the image, it would have been easy to "Help Yourself".Eventually a supervisor "Coleen" arrived and took our order, a Pink Jammie, a Caramel doughnut and 2x Bavarian Slices - this order had to be repeated to her 3 times, so I am not certain about the level on concentration applied to the role.Whilst she was putting our order together, a colleague arrived and Interrupted Coleen, talking about their shift patterns and saying something about taking some of the Pudsey cakes, which she proceeded to do, yet given they are a charity raising product, I did not see any monies changing hands!!!Overall, customer service was lacking somewhat...

My experience is of the Sparkford service area on the A303. I called there at approximately 07.00 on a Saturday and it was disgraceful. The first indication was that the litter bins in the car park were overflowing, then I ventured inside where the toilet facilities were disgustingly filthy. I couldn't possibly contemplate buying anything from the Greggs outlet.

Called into this Greggs site for a coffee and sausage roll on 22 Dec. It was very busy and the young woman behind the counter was obviously under a bit of pressure but she was friendly and courteous. A credit to your company.
