We waited for what seemed an eternity from someone to appear at the counter to take our order. We could hear the staff having a conversation out of sight but they did not come to see who was saying "Hello" at the counter, as you can see from the image, it would have been easy to "Help Yourself".Eventually a supervisor "Coleen" arrived and took our order, a Pink Jammie, a Caramel doughnut and 2x Bavarian Slices - this order had to be repeated to her 3 times, so I am not certain...read full review

Called into this Greggs site for a coffee and sausage roll on 22 Dec. It was very busy and the young woman behind the counter was obviously under a bit of pressure but she was friendly and courteous. A credit to your company.

Service was lovely, Matti Burge was of particular help in aiding me with impeccable service couldn't recommend this Greggs anymore. I really think Matti deserves a raise because he is incredibly helpful! I also think the toilets were perfectly clean, I can only assume Matti worked long and hard for make them spotless.
