Popped in for a meal before getting to Butlins for a adult weekend.The staff were great as for the food it was just ok , which is unusual as we have been happy with the quality of the food in the past.The next day we went to the local wetherspoons which was much better.A very average and quite expensive experience, not awful but not very good either.

I really like Morrisons as they offer a good range of products and often things you don't find elsewhere. This is a pleasant, well stocked store and I've slways found staff to be friendly.

I, along with two other individuals, had an encounter with one of your employees, Debbie, that left us feeling quite upset.The issue we faced was not related to the standard protocol of asking for ID and refusing to serve alcohol, as we understand and appreciate the importance of adhering to such regulations. Rather, it was the manner in which Debbie handled the situation that troubled us.Debbie's approach was unprofessional, to say the least. She spoke to us with a notable lack of respect and courtesy, and her demeanor throughout the interaction was nothing short of rude. Her tone and choice of words were confrontational, and the way she looked at us made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome in your store.Customer service is an essential aspect of any business, and it should be upheld with the utmost professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, our experience with Debbie fell far short of these expectations, leaving a negative impression that we would rather not associate with your store.We believe that providing constructive feedback is vital for any organization's improvement.
