Passioni Italiane in Minehead exceeded all expectations! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The ambiance transported us straight to Italy with its charming decor and cozy atmosphere.The menu was simple and perfect for lunch, We started with the bruschetta, a burst of fresh flavors that set the tone for the meal. The pasta dishes were cooked to perfection, and the sauces were rich and full of depth - we loved the Lamb and Rasin Meat Balls, and the Baked Beetroot Risotto was something else! ??What truly stood out was the genuine passion for Italian cuisine that radiated from the couple who run it. They were not only friendly about the menu but also eager to share their story of how they found themselves in Minehead.. It's rare to find such a genuine Italian gem in a Somerset town, but Passioni Italiane is a true hidden treasure.We left with full bellies and grateful hearts, already planning our next visit. Popped in here with my mum for breakfast . Looked like a lovely place . However the man (owner) was extremely rude to us . We were deciding where to sit . My mum has a walking stick and mobility issues. We were offered a small table which was fine really but i queried whether we could sit at a larger one just so we had a choice . It was reserved for 10.30 . We were there at 9.20 . I asked casually if we could sit there as an option as we wouldn’t be over an hour . The man replied “ well if you don’t want to sit here you don’t have to stay” which I thought was really rude .so we left . I am not giving my hard earned cash to someone who is so rude . His customer service skills need work .

Such a delightful little restaurant that we are glad we tried while we were in the area. The meals were hearty, tasty and full of love. The woman who makes all the dishes was very warm and welcoming, as was her Aussie husband. Highly recommend this place!

Came here today (with no reservation) for lunch, celebrating our anniversary. Staff are so incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food is incredible and for the price is very generously sized too. I’d highly recommend!

This is a little hidden gem. Having lived in Italy I always find eating Italian food out of italy difficult. It certainly was not here. The food was fabulous. Beautiful bruschetta, homemade asparagus pasta, veal and risotto, cannoli pistachio, gorgeous espresso and red wine. Service was good and friendly. If you want excellent food in a friendly setting we would highly recommend. All round excellent lunch!

We popped in for lunch today and were blown away with the quality of the food and produce. Truly authentic Italian cuisine! We shared bruschetta, pomodoro and lemon ravioli - all were exquisite. Definitely visit here if you’re in Minehead and love Italian food!

without a doubt one of the most wonderfyl side street finds we have come across we were on holiday from london and please anyone who loves great italian food and great coffee go there. The hosts are charming, the food unusual and wonderful they welcomed our dog and the double machiatto was spot on. we will most certainly return. Ray and sally hough

We had lunch here on Saturday and it was absolutely delicious. The owners are so welcoming and friendly, and the food is amazing!!! Must visit when in Minehead.

We were greeted with a friendly smile straight away and made to feel very welcome. We ordered pesto scrambled eggs, mozerella ciabatta and spinach and ricotta cannelloni. All were so delicious and reasonably priced. We decided to have the tiramisu and pistachio canoli for pudding. Again, divine. We will definitely be returning and are looking forward it.
