We recently attended a truffle making workshop as a family of 8 for my daughter’s 15th birthday. We had a mix of ages from 15 to 75 and all really enjoyed the experience. Nettie made us feel very welcome and delivered the workshop with both passion and humour. We learnt a lot about chocolate as well as making plenty of delicious truffles to take home. We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked a family ‘Chocolate Christmas Tree’ workshop!! Thank you Nettie.

I attended a Truffle Workshop on Saturday the 20th Jan 2024, arranged for my birthday. This was a thoroughly enjoyable workshop. There was a great atmosphere, Nettie was extremely engaging and so informative touching on geography, fractions and physics! Her passion for Proper Chocolate and how to use and deal with this shone through during the class. I thoroughly recommend this workshop as it was a super interesting way to spend an afternoon. The Chocolate and the resulting truffles were to die for, and relatively simple to make. Thank you Nettie.

The Vietnamese 68% chocolate with a 2 star great taste award is stunning. Highly recommend. Never seen a list of hot chocolate options so long either. Love love love ❤️
