I attended a Truffle Workshop on Saturday the 20th Jan 2024, arranged for my birthday. This was a thoroughly enjoyable workshop. There was a great atmosphere, Nettie was extremely engaging and so informative touching on geography, fractions and physics! Her passion for Proper Chocolate and how to use and deal with this shone through during the class. I thoroughly recommend this workshop as it was a super interesting way to spend an afternoon. Attended a very informative and fun chocolate tasting evening, in a quaint and characterful shop, where lovers of quality chocolate will be in heaven! The Vietnamese 68% chocolate with a 2 star great taste award is stunning. Highly recommend. Never seen a list of hot chocolate options so long either. Love love love ❤️
