Coffee Shops • “Popped in today when it was extremely busy. Queue to the entrance door. I got lovely oat gingerbread late with vegan cream and some mince tarts. The staff were absolutely brilliant. Lady at the cash desk (short red hair) was so bubbly, served everyone super quickly and made it look so easy! She went extra mile each time she served someone and I know it must be a very tiring job. Thank you Costa!”
Coffee Shops • “Was a busy day and it was really humid in there the poor staff were ran off their feet and horrible customers not admitting when they're wrong and then walking away angrily making the Batista's feel incapable when they offered them so etching different. Air con would be nice for them or even some fans. Although we had to wait awhile because the young lad accidently knocked my drink off the side (accidents happen) and then they forgot about my mum's drink, I just asked we were waiting for something else and they made it straight away.No need for rude customers, they're working as fast as they can. Be kind.Also, complaints about reusable cups. They have recycling bins for lids and cups to be recycled. This is a hospital where people have appointments so it's easier for them to have a take away cup when they need to shoot to their appointment.”

“A little gem of a place! I've been going here for years. The food is always fresh and delicious and affordable. Lots to choose from. Light bites, soup, sandwiches right up to main meals. The staff are always friendly and greet you with a smile. They clear and clean the tables quickly. The toilet is always clean and fresh smelling. Highly recommended ?”
