I have only been in the store twice in a few weeks as I don't get to visit Bridgwater often.The shop has got a lovely friendly vibe. Staff are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable in regards to allergies and dietary requirements. They will always take the time to check ingredients of products no matter how busy they are. I have given this review a 3 Star on atmosphere because the building and layout is very dark and not enough natural light.....it looks a bit tired and could do with a refresh...more seating outside would overcome this.

Popped in today when it was extremely busy. Queue to the entrance door. I got lovely oat gingerbread late with vegan cream and some mince tarts. The staff were absolutely brilliant. Lady at the cash desk (short red hair) was so bubbly, served everyone super quickly and made it look so easy! She went extra mile each time she served someone and I know it must be a very tiring job. Thank you Costa!
