Was a busy day and it was really humid in there the poor staff were ran off their feet and horrible customers not admitting when they're wrong and then walking away angrily making the Batista's feel incapable when they offered them so etching different. Air con would be nice for them or even some fans. Staff were lovely. The seating is quite uncomfortable - hard seats and it wasn't especially clean. It was disappointing to be served in disposable cups - not very eco friendly at all.

Lovely coffee and pastry sat with my Dad after a hosp appt. It needs to be bigger really as it gets very busy and tables are a little packed in. Did find it a bit of a pain to negotiate coming out of the seating area as I'm a wheelchair user. Although relatively near the large exit, I still had to ask 3 tables to move.
