Had a sandwich missing a few times, need to ask for the source specifically otherwise you will never get it, usually a hangout for teens that get loud and roudy... Otherwise it's a McDonald's the quality is what you would expect.
A disappointing experience today with 3 staff unable and unwilling to help me when my order was lost however the Assistant Manager did help me (for which I am very thankful) but that took 40 minutes. Do not visit on a Saturday, the place is too busy and the staff just don’t care.

We ordered 2 mcflurries but then when we went to collect them got told they weren’t making any. So why was it available to order on the menu? Then when I sat down, some of my food was missing. No cutlery, straws or sauces were put in our bag. There wasn’t any sauces available in the machines either.
