Daniele Gill the manager at Taunton was great; she was very festive and just upped our mood during a stressful time. We were collecting something after we weren’t given our Galaxy Caramel Pies the previous day. Lovely manager!
Food as expected, yet why are the fries more often soft and warm as opposed to crisp and hot! Prompt and friendly service.Parking: Limited at McDonald's, yet plenty in the larger cap park.

Terrible customer service. Extremely rude staff. I needed to ask a member of staff a question about my order to which he just turned away and rolled his eyes. When I apologised for bothering him he replied 'it's been a long day' considering had just driven 500 miles from Scotland I felt compelled to reply "for me too" without any apology from him he answered my question then walked away. This is the last time I will call here.
