After numerous time consuming attempts, we concluded that the "order at table" IT is non functional. There was therefore an irritatingly long wait at the Bar to place our order. I was in the frame of mind never to waste my time here again but the food arrived promptly, the service was friendly and the quality of food was good at the price. As is so often the case, the IT department needs sufficient hard kicks in the posterior to convince them to stop devaluing the company's brand!

This is now my new favourite place after discovering it a few weeks ago! Staff are really friendly, food is superb and the ambience is just perfect! It was very busy today but the staff managed very well, big shout out to the kitchen staff too!

Really lovely place with a fabulous atmosphere. Visited at 5.30pm on a Saturday and was very busy, waited a fairnwhile for some drinks (6 of us, and one had finished their drink by the time the last person was given theirs) drinks all very nice, americano, iced teas, iced caramel latte (which accidentally arrived hot caramel latte despite not being on the menu, but didn't want to return it ) a milkshake, ordered oreo but out so ordered biscoff instead and plain tea.Great place for a drink, didn't have the food but would do if the timing was right, we had plans to eat elsewhere.All in all a lovely place, busy and worth a visit.
