The two female staff members were welcoming and very helpful. The coffee (flat white) was excellent and so was the focaccia. Plenty of seats to choose from on my early visit and the gentle music playing in the background was very relaxing.
I was visiting towards April, 2022. They were the only coffee shop to open early on a Sunday. Had a lovely Americano, in a lovely coffee shop. The chap serving was very polite and helpful. Nice to hear some classical music playing gently in the background. So tired of all the pop that is often jarring. Nice to see the dogs are allowed in. Man's been living and eating with his dogs for thousands of years - it's how it should be. Dog called Mildred was lovely and well behaved.

Really good service , the 2 ladies behind the counter were obviously busy and stressed, but I felt very pleased with how I was treated. We have a small dog, and that was welcomed. Sadly for Costa a few doors away they didn’t allow dogs in, so Cafe Nero had our money. Thanks for the bowl of water! Nice and relaxing place to have a drink and savoury snacks. Good value, great staff. Well done!
