“Had a fabulous experience here today, came as a treat for my 4 year old daughter and she spilt her hot chocolate almost as soon as she sat down with it. Staff were so helpful and kind and offered to get her a replacement drink adding whipped cream and a marshmallow as she was upset about the spill. Staff generally very upbeat and friendly. Very nice happy vibe about the place!”
