My experience was during lockdown and have to say I was very happy with the service and the coffee...after spending 2 weeks in cornwall I realised just how much I not only missed starbucks coffee but a decent cappuccino as it doesn't exist in Cornwall (not surprising as their probably all tea drinkers I guess and use the weakest coffee going).\\nThe staff were competent and were efficient as I didn’t wait long to place my order nor receive my lovely cappuccino.\\nIts only after...read full review

Star bucks is okay, as far as service station coffee in the uk goes its normally either starbucks or Costa.\\n\\nFor a company that pushes reusable coffee cups i don't understand the use of sharpie pens that are not reusable and go in the bin.\\n\\nApart from that coffee was as you'd expect. Not great but not poor

For a service station Starbucks (you often get sketchy coffee at motorway service stations) the coffee was good and the staff were friendly. Returned a few days later to grab a coffee on the way home.
