Not a bad coffee shop as coffee shops go and this Costa outlet is situated in Worle and is a regular spot I visit.The service here is usually quick and efficient no matter how busy it gets, but in all truth, today was a bit of a letdown. Trying hard not to be picky but having to wait at the front of the queue for seven minutes before even being asked for my order was not great.Don't let my gripes and moans get in the way of obtaining a decent coffee has Costa Coffee always the best.Kid-friendliness: I'd say definitely child friendly as there were plenty of kids running around todayParking: Plenty of room outside as the huge car park is shared by many outletsWheelchair accessibility: With easy access ramp this place is easy accessible for the wheelchair user.

Appalled by customer service!I have been going to and ordering from this costa for a good few years now. I ordered through just eat and 1 of my chocolate twists from my order was missing. When I called Costa I was informed that ‘they had run out and that I should contact just eat for a refund as because they had run out I couldn’t get another one anyway even if there was someone available to collect for me.’ To be quite frankly fobbed off by someone from costa that way is pretty appalling. Not only way I not contacted over the fact that when I ordered they were out of the items I did order but to just tell me to basically go away as a paying customer that is not how you treat us if you want to keep us! Extremely unimpressed costa!

I'm not usually a fan of chain places like this but we stopped here whilst travelling to Cornwall and was pleasantly surprised at the great service we received.My family of 5 had sausage batches and tea, little ones had juices and the girl serving us was really friendly and organised. The food she brought over to us was hot, tasty and didn't taste like reheated food.The other young girl working there that day was also pleasent and worked really quickly which you don't tend to see in a lot of staff nowadays. Tables were cleaned promptly on people leaving and the shop itself was tidy.The toilets were a little ropey hence my lower score but all in all a pleasant experience.
Yawn…. With one staff slowly serving, taking payment, making coffees the pace is painfully slow. Two others are chatting , refilling shelves , clearing tables and ignoring the queue Surely the priority is customer service … one taking orders & payment , another making the coffees… lack of interest is so obvious !!
