The interior of maccies is very dirty and unhygienic. The staff or sitting down and not working while people are waiting to sit down. The chips were cold the burger and the burger tasted bad

They always mess up your food and don't wear hair nets also I asked for something to be changed 2 times on the third time they gave it to me the same issue was still a problem. Put people in a bad mood.

Slow service most of the time waiting up to 40 minutes twice and had to go in as the older was lost. People are nice that work there just the service can be slow and always check the older before driving off as had stuff missing many

Service very slow but having said that they were very busy on drive through and in the restaurant, but the latte and hot chocolate that my wife and I both was awful...

The last 11 orders done through them have had at least 1 item missing, absolute joke, sometimes we've only ordered 5 things and 1 is missing?? Surely basic maths is a skill you need to work there?? Just be cautious ordering through their app as its fulfilled via Uber and it's Uber you have to contact, if it's too close to your last refund for missing items you won't get a refund???? So you are basically robbed of money, ring McDonald's and they tell you it's Uber you have to ring!! It's a joke, they prepared the food, they missed the food, they are responsible for the food but no its Ubers fault!! Absolute joke, you also very rarely get your sauces and balsamic vinegar so be warned!!!

Tried ordering via Uber Eats, over 30 minutes and order hadn't even been started. Cancelled that and attended the drive thru myself, queued for a long time. Eventually placed my order and parked in the car park, then waited 45 minutes for my food to come out. Which then came out cold and missing

This McDonalds is no longer fit for area that it serves. Far too busy with delivery drivers pushing their way to the front therefore blocking others collecting orders.1/4 of the restaurant is taken up with a play area meaning seating is limited when busy.Staff could do with retaining as many orders that I have recently ordered have missed one item or is the wrong item completely.Most recently a chicken select meal didn’t come with the sauces which is standard practice with a chicken select order, member of staff demanded to see receipt as was unaware that they actually came as standard with the meal, maybe retraining would help here!!Would use again but wouldn’t hurry back.

All good, bar the machine not printing tickets so you then have to queue to get your number, but staff were doing well with a chaotic situation. Friendly, good service, food all good too, happy kids thanks to the soft play.Vegetarian options: Love the mcplant burger! And the cheese bites

Dreadful service , over 40 minute wait to eventually be served cold coffee, 2 cold burgers with Luke warm chips! No receipt issued from Ordering machine so no proof of purchase . As if they knew!

Drive through can sometimes mess up your order, but they get it right 90% of the time. Atmosphere is loud when at high times, food is better and fresher at later times, when the food is recently cooked which is later in the day/night but earlier in the day the food can be left to stand until orders refresh, so sometimes over cooked or dry. The new cheesy burger is to die for. I hope they keep this on the menu.Parking: Parking is easy. There are lots of spaces that open up later, when the other shops on the site close for business.Kid-friendliness: Booth seats for familiesWheelchair accessibility: Both doors open, and there are small ramps.
