I went today. First time. Very, very expensive. 2 coffees and one sandwich (ham and cheese) £14.90. I have been shocked. And, this would have been ok if that coffee was good. It was horrible and watery. I asked for mint flavor syrup with it, I have not tasted any. It was terrible. Staff was friendly and nice, hence 2 stars. I will avoid it. I must specify that I went to Starbucks near Morrisons, where Shell petrol station is.

I ordered a caramel frappuccino and its taste like a biscoff cookie was put it (I normally get a caramel frap and this one taste different)

Just been in there and would like to say the social distancing and hygiene is good and also the girl taking orders, the batista was just plain rude with absolutely no customer service skills at all. Asked for tea with only a little milk.... so much milk in it I can't drink it.

they need to get their equipment serviced .. either the shot timing is not correct or the water pressure is not correct... or both as I can make a better instant coffee at home !!\\n3 days running I have had more or less a hot cup of milk with a slight hint of coffee flavour...\\nsort it out please ?!.!?

My experience was during lockdown and have to say I was very happy with the service and the coffee...after spending 2 weeks in cornwall I realised just how much I not only missed starbucks coffee but a decent cappuccino as it doesn't exist in Cornwall (not surprising as their probably all tea drinkers I guess and use the weakest coffee going).\\nThe staff were competent and were efficient as I didn’t wait long to place my order nor receive my lovely cappuccino.\\nIts only after spending 2 weeks in Cornwell do I really appreciate just how much training goes into training starbucks staff to make the perfect Cappaccino ?\\nI thank the staff who do their very best to serve the perfect coffee ☕\\nCosta staff could learn a thing or two from you guys ?

Star bucks is okay, as far as service station coffee in the uk goes its normally either starbucks or Costa.\\n\\nFor a company that pushes reusable coffee cups i don't understand the use of sharpie pens that are not reusable and go in the bin.\\n\\nApart from that coffee was as you'd expect. Not great but not poor

Very little choice (two items) for my ceoliac husband but more for vegetarians and vegans which is only a lifestyle choice not a health issue.

For a service station Starbucks (you often get sketchy coffee at motorway service stations) the coffee was good and the staff were friendly. Returned a few days later to grab a coffee on the way home.
