Love the ski lodge look. Staff were absolutely brilliant. Couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Menu reduced which is a bit of a shame but loaded fries were yummy and kids loved their meals.

We had pizza's, loaded fries, hotdog, panini, and it was all delicious. Could see the ski slope so that was good entertainment too. Quick service, pleasant staff and good food. Would recommend :)

What a shame, very poor quality chocolate made with water and colder and we don't accept cash

Great facility, exceptional staff, clean showers and well stocked shop and pub. Good location for beaches, Cheddar gorge and Wookie hole.

What a brilliant evening my grandson and I had! We arrived at 6.30 and it was extremely busy, even so, we managed to find a table. Despite being so busy the staff were really friendly and happy. The food is very reasonably priced, I thought, for a holiday establishment, and arrived quickly. There was live music on the night we were there, which was very good, and the walk up through the woodland, with all the lights, was magical!

Best option for burgers in the area. Very nice food, a lovely location, and very competitively priced.

Absolutely awful experience. Packed beyond belief with tightly packed picnic benches covered in food on the tables and floor. Extremely noisy with many screaming kids in too small a space. 2 hour wait for food that was then awful - pieminster pie - should be amazing but serves with gross mash, and pizzas that tasted like cardboard. Felt robbed after a 2 hour wait for take away food that we mostly left. Wouldn’t go back in a million years sorry.

I've been itching to get here since they changed up the menu but just haven't managed to time it right. But after staying at the Basecamp the weekend we came down to do some tobogganing and had lunch in here after. The staff were super friendly and despite a queue everything went really quickly and easily. The food was hot, fresh, good sized portions, and super tasty. I especially recommend the K2 burger and the pulled pork fries. The variety was nice and the food really tasty. Will definitely have to get back.

Food was lovely though limited and service friendly but clearly suffering from recruitment challenges as not enough staff do service times were slow.

Great place for a bit to eat or drink. Burgers and pizza are amazing, complemented with a great selection of drink, beers and ciders. Well worth a trip!Been couple of times - breakfast defeated me, was huge and very tasty. Dinner burgers and pizza are freshly made and exceptionally tasty! ?Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options on the menu.Kid-friendliness: Ready for the kids too!Wheelchair accessibility: Lift available from ground to alpine lodge.
