“What a gorgeous find today. Wonderful welcoming pub and the homemade cooked food dishes we had were all amazing. Ie Beef Chilli, Corned beef pie and cottage pie. Highly recommend eating here ”

“Outstanding country pub with lots of history and set in a lovely idyllic area. We both went for the Ploughman’s which were huge, fresh and the best around town!! Finished with a delicious Knickerbocker glory and Bannofee Pie Even better we’re the fresh pints - Otter Ale a favourite Great service from Lottie and Sam who were really attentive and friendly Will be back!!”

“Went for food after the tour. Sat in the bar rather than the main restaurant. Food was a little more expensive compared to other places however you get the quality you pay for. Can really taste the difference with the quality of the meat. Cider wise I would recommend Cheddar Valley as its a bit lighter and easier to drink. Would love to go there and eat again.”
