I didn't stay here , however after being stranded in Yeovil for 8 hours after a car fault . I went to the premier inn for warmth as its minus 1 outside , and wow did I get that. The two ladies on the front desk (chanelle and Leah ) and Corby in the beefeater , couldn't have been any nicer . Their help was so very much appreciated and made my horrible day just be so much better. I hope to encounter nice people like you guys more in life .Thanks so much , from the stranded lady.
The whole place and the rooms themselves were clean but unfortunately I can't give 5* as if you forgot or lost something inside the hotel they claimed they didn't find anything.
This hotel needs some TLC and a fuller staff roster. The team work wonders but they are so understaffed. The breakfast team especially were great, but no chef meant no cooked breakfast. This hotel also holds the record for the coldest welcome in a hotel. We arrived on Tuesday 2nd Jan about 6 pm and the lady on reception didn't acknowledge us at all, just kept staring at her computer screen. Not even a hello. The PAT tests on the room were last done in 2019... Very close to Yeovil...read full review
