Been coming here for take away carverys but the standard has dropped for the past few times we have been, went in the other week and the food was disappointing the mash was runny and like water roasties were burnt the pigs in blankets were black and chard and the stuffing was dry and burnt i phoned to complain and was told to come back in for free meals having gone back was told by the manager that my wife has complained before so we could not get a refund or free meals ,it shouldn't matter how many times you complain if the food is not up to standard will not be coming back

Staff I found to be great. Service good.But the food is really bland. The meat is fine.But the potatoes and veg are tasteless. Soggy roasties.I love my veg and this was a disappointment. Carrots, broccoli, red cabbage ect tastes like it's been boiled to within an inch of it's life (and I suspect frozen.) My broccoli was mush.If you shut your eyes you'd be hard pressed to guess what veg you're eating.Lukewarm too.You will need lots of salt.

Less than half full and not booked up but wouldn’t take walk ins because of short staff. We could book for 5 minutes later though, just to get sat anyway. Such a pointless exercise.
