I've been there for few times. As usual. Nothing impressive, but fast ordering. Tables are always dirty, even floor. Fast food place. Don't like as I've been left the car there for more that hour and get the fine. But didn't know how much can be there as no sign there or warning.Parking: Only for 1h

The service was nice but I think that our original chicken was undercooked and whilst my daughter was holding the car all of the oil came out and burnt my daughter’s leg . Overall 2 stars.

KFC is well and truly going down hill, not just in the quality of food but the service is atrocious, at least in this particular branch. Ordered meal for which they took 25 mins to serve me whilst I waited by the counter but also forgot two of my items completely and then proceeded to serve items that were wrong. I would avoid KFC and choose other options that are available in Barnsley and beyond, well below par.

Dirty place.Toilet is disgusting plus no hand wash available and the workers are all messing about and on phones etc.Swearing heard from behind the service desk.All food was boxed up and mixed up as they said they had no clean trays available for our sit in service.Over all the whole place is mucky and needs drastic changes.
Avoid this place absolutely filfy so clean tables and staff just stood about not doing anything has it wasn't busy. The toilets is another story pure filth this is the 3rd time now never again. Nearly broke my neck in the toilet floor wet through and no wet floor sign in one of them where the floor is worst. Please avoid.

Well to start of this heck of a ride,I walked in and it was total chaos , I ordered on a machine and didn't get a receipt, bair in mind there is only two orders on screen and still had to wait for forty-five minutes. The staff were just talking about anything they could think of. Tbh there was only one or two people who were actually working in the kitchen. And my grandaughter was getting very inpatient and looked as she was about to cry. The couple in front had their order wrong twice. The staff was no help at all. 45m later we couldn't be bothered to argue about our wrong order so just walked off and tried to eat as much of the meal as we could even though the chips were soggy. DO NOT GO TO KFC WAKEFIELD ROAD KFC!!!!
