I only went to the drive through but when trying to place my order all I could hear were voices followed by loud laughing, because it seemed the staff wanted to amuse themselves instead of looking after customers it took longer to order than I felt necessary.
I work there so my experience may differ a little bit from a customers but everyone there is very friendly and welcoming, the food tastes really nice and the service when I have been in as a customer has been quick and friendly, and if there's anything a customer wants to know, any of the front of house staff will gladly provide information where they can and where they can't provide the information your looking for they will ask a manager to come and answer some of your questions

Cold food!! Krushems nothing like advertised completely melted before I even got them. Cheese on both mine and partners burger wasn’t melted and all the food was cold inside. Absolutely
