Dry dirty even for a Starbucks. I asked for a tray to clear my table before I enjoyed my drink and they acted like I insulted them. Every table was dirty and full of cups. Had to be served in a take away cup as “things” where broken or maybe they had no cups as they hadn’t cleared them. Anyway I was given a tray they sent someone to clear my table who had a face like thunder who took the cups but left the table dirty.

Been to Starbucks tonight with friends like we do every Thursday night, ordered my coffee got a £10 out of my wallet to pay to be told we don’t accept cash. No signs up saying it’s card only. Absolutely ridiculous situation.

Been for a walk down the pennine trail called off at Stairfoot Starbucks, in Barnsley. Ordered 3 lattes and 3 sandwiches not cheap, to be told they didn't accept cash..We had no choice but to leave as we only had cash with us. This is a bad management choice , imagine how many sales will be lost. I will stick to Costa in the future.

Went in to this Starbucks September 10th 2023 for a quick coffe. Went to the till and placed my order only to be told they don't accept cash anymore. Go to Costa across the road instead of waisting your time here. Better service and cheaper.

Quick friendly service, to usual Starbucks expectations.They accidentally added two pastries, but were happy to refund and still allowed us to have the second. All in all a very friendly interaction. Would recommend.
Always a poor coffee at Starbucks compared to an independent. This place is no different, but its clean and tidy and the staff seem friendly.

I totally agree with most of these reviews about this Starbucks. There are a couple of staff that are friendly and helpful, the rest clearly need some more customer care training as they are disinterested at best. My biggest problem with this shop is the lack of goods! I’ve been twice this week, the first occasion to order coffee at home to which I was told sorry we don’t have that, this is the third time I’ve been told this in the last four weeks. Called today for a latte and a bottle of water only to be told sorry we have no bottled water at all. What’s going on? It’s not working people. I for one will not bother with this shop again.

Good food and the drinks and coffee were nice too
