Convenient location by car, although some of the car park is under construction, quiet atmosphere and a good venue for a staff one to one meeting. Good size disabled toilet and easy to access.
Ordering through the app but wouldn't let me just pay for the order, I had to add money to the account in £5/£10/£15 to then use that to pay for the order. It was hard to find some of the things on the app. When I got to the speaker box the guy just said we're doing your order. Didn't feel personal or friendly just seemed scripted and monotone. Coffee was ok. I'm being generous with the 3 stars

Quick friendly service, to usual Starbucks expectations.They accidentally added two pastries, but were happy to refund and still allowed us to have the second. All in all a very friendly interaction. Would recommend.
