Went for Halloween for the first time as a family of 3. Food was ok, cheese, ham and egg sandwiches, desserts were better, not much of an atmosphere except for Halloween music and a few spooky decorations. None of the staff were dressed up nor seemed bothered that it was a Halloween themed afternoon tea and almost every table had children with them in the school holidays, I was expecting a much bigger experience than we got from reading reviews, but it didnt live up to expectations. Yes its decorated lovely but its a very overpriced afternoon tea. Especially as children are the same price as adults. I dont think we will visit again as a family.

I have wanted to visit for ages and it didn't disappoint from start to finish. The room is absolutely beautifully decorated it was stunning. The food was well worth the wait too. We had non alcoholic prosecco on arrival with pate and warm bread then you could pick another drink off the list with your sandwiches and then a third drink with your cakes and desserts. We were absolutely stuffed so we bagged up some cakes to bring home.

A fabulous mid-week treat. Great homemade afternoon tea with lots of twists to the usual food served at afternoon teas.Great drinks menu.The lady and gentleman running twisted teapot were very friendly and made it even more perfect.

Fabulous afternoon tea in this unique and quirky tearoom. From the minute we stepped through the door into this wonderland experience, we were greeted by welcoming and attentive staff. The food, which was served over three courses, was delicious and plentiful and we had an extensive choice of drinks. This was our first visit to The Twisted Teapot but I’m sure it won’t be our last.

Just had an amazing Afternoon Tea at this quirky tea room. Everything about the place is great. You are greeted by the lovely attentive owner who caters for all you need. The food is delicious, three courses spread over two hours Pate and roll to start, followed by a Savoury selection then amazing desserts. A really good choice of hot and cold drinks. I had this bought as a present and was not disappointed. Would definitely recommend. Thankyou.

Wow afternoon tea was awesome. The attention to detail was great. The whole experience was awesome. The room is lovely so quirky and different the only thing I could say to improve this would be to play music from the Harry Potter movies that would really help to set the scene. The food - sandwiches were amazing the Brie & cranberry pie - just delicious. The caviar smoked salmon & egg mayo were amazing. The cakes well where do you start! Everyone was delicious we had to bring some home as we could not have eaten everything The setting is amazing . We had a great time looking at all the decorations
