We've been twice and the quality of the food was consistently very good. The chips were freshly cooked and really good. The fish was fresh and very tasty and the batter wasn't thick or stodgy. My first impression was that the place was completely clean. All the surfaces were sparkling . This will now be our regular place for a quick lunch. The staff on both occasions were helpful and friendly. We were very impressed.
Great variety of choice on the menu and especially love the scraps! Can also give a big thumbs up from our cat Arthur who managed to nick an entire battered sausage and ate the whole thing!

Ordered a large haddock, chips and a large portion of mushy peas & a spam fritter.I enjoyed my meal but was disappointed with the portion size of the mushy peas. The tub was just over half full. At £13.40 you'd think that they could have filled it to the top. Make your own decision!!
