The front desk staff was very friendly. They made us check in before 2pm, for which you must pay an extra £10. The biggest drawback of the hotel is, on the one hand, the room, which does not have a refrigerator and that the shower is very high to access and has a handle fixed to the wall above, so if you don't want to wash your hair, things are complicated . Stayed here in February 2024.Nice clean room, very friendly staff absolutely no complaints regarding that.Only reason I took one star from it is the parking. You have to leave your car in a massive public car park away from the hotel. Lots of opportunities for yobs to get to it and was told incidents have happened in the past.Lake a short walk away great walking round it.Brewer's fare very close so you won't get wet in the rain walking to it. Very good service and pretty much comes up to the usual Premier Inn standard, just a star deducted as the rooms could do with a refurb. I did like the massive towering shelf, very good for storing your holdall!
